This equipment is to speed up the process with ease and to prepare accurate cylindrical specimens for Marshal Stability Testing Machine. The mix is uniformly heated and mixed to yield homogenous mix and better moulds for testing.

0.5 HP, single phase electric motor connected to epicyclical type stainless steel paddle to impart both planetary and revolving motion for uniform mixing. Mixers have two speeds of 140±5 RPM and 285±10 RPM with planetary motions of approximately 62±5 RPM and 125±10 RPM respectively. The stand of the mixer has an arrangement to raise or lower the bowl. Stainless Steel Bowl of about 5 Ltr. capacity is fitted with handle. The 500 watts heating jacket with energy regulator to control the temperature is fitted below the bowl. Complete Unit is supported on strong iron frame. Suitable for operation on 230 volts, single phase, 50 cycles, A.C. Supply.
