The mixing is done by rotating pan on its axis where-as the paddle or the rod remains stationary on its axis. The pan can be detached from the machine with the help of trolley. The paddle or rod is fixed to the cover which is provided with a locking screw for closing the drum while mixing. The mixer is provided with rubber wheels, which makes it easy to carry.
